Please purchase and renew your membership of Winchester RFC.

Our website membership section list sall the available membership categories including our new WRFC 200 Club monthly fundraiser.

Please note that you cannot purchase memberships from here – clicking the PURCHASE button will redirect you to the RFU GMS log in page.

1. LOGGING IN TO GMS

One of the following situations is likely to occur –

A) If you have a GMS account, and it is already associated with Winchester RFC and you know the username/password.

Fantastic!! - go to the step 2!

B) You have forgotten your username

Your username is at the foot of every email sent by Winchester RFC via GMS.

C) You have forgotten your password

You can reset your password via the ‘forgot password’ button and proceed.

This will send a password reset link to the email address stored in GMS.

If you do not receive the reset email, please consider any other addresses you might use and check your spam folder.

If necessary, submit a request for help.

D) You do not have a GMS account yet.

You can create one via the ‘create account button.

This will also allow you to create records for any other adults/juniors in your family and request to register the juniors as age-grade players - there’s a guide from the RFU how to do this here.

Once the account(s) are created, you can proceed to the next step and purchase membership.

E) You already have a GMS account from another club/EnglandRugby.com

You will be unable to resolve this without my help!

Please submit a request for help containing the following data: RFU ID (if known), FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL, DATE OF BIRTH, ADDRESS including POSTCODE.

IF YOU ALREADY RECEIVE EMAILS FROM WINCHESTER RFC VIA THE GMS SYSTEM YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED - PLEASE DO NOT REPLICATE PROFILES!

2. ADD FAMILY MEMBERS

If you are purchasing membership just for yourself, you can jump to step 3.

Otherwise, you need to make sure that everybody you are purchasing membership for has a GMS record, and that their record is associated to yours.

You can see all records related to you from the Family and Friends section.

Please also validate their details (as you did for yourself in the previous step).

If your child does not yet have an RFU ID, you can create one for them from the Relationships tab using the ADD YOUTH button.  Whilst it is not necessary, you can do likewise for your partner using the ADD ADULT button.

If your child has an existing RFU ID which isn’t related to yours, you will need submit a request for help in order for one of the club administrators to associate the records.

3. SELECT YOUR MEMBERSHIP FIRST

If you are not automatically directed to BUY MEMBERSHIP section click the head image in the top right of the screen, select DASHBOARD then select WINCHESTER RFC LTD then select BUY.

Select yourself first then add your membership.

If you can only see the option for youth player – when you were expecting adult membership - the most likely answer is that either your date of birth is wrong or missing.  Click the head image in the top right of the screen and select DETAILS to edit your information.

Then repeat the membership purchase for each family member.

If you cannot see a family member, you can add them as explained in step 2.

DO NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE UNTIL ALL FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ADDED TO THE ORDER.

When renewing or purchasing membership via GMS, please check carefully that you provide correct bank or payment details.

Our accounts department report there is a number of recent transactions which show as "pending" because payment details have not been submitted.

If you do not see a final screen showing your unique payment reference number then you have not completed your purchase.

Please also remember to complete your online membership purchases by ensuring that you hit the finish button!

If paying by Direct Debit you should also receive an eMail confirming this has been set up.

Yours, in rugby
