VISION

To create a supportive environment where positive and competitive rugby can be played and enjoyed by all ages regardless of gender, sexual orientation, culture, political beliefs or religion.

To uphold the RFU core values - Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship.
MISSION

Strive for excellence on the pitch through our coaching, volunteering, close involvement with schools, colleges, universities and the local community.

Nurture our players to ensure excellent retention levels by developing a club that has discipline and respect for each other (on and off the pitch), outstanding coaching, effective teamwork and great facilities.

Embrace the modern era of the upper echelon of amateur rugby but remain focused on being a community rugby club striving to improve performance through enjoyment and a passion for rugby at all player levels.

Play an active part in the wider community of Winchester and surrounding areas.
