DOGS SHOULD BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
Our club has a duty of care to consider the health, safety, and wellbeing of all visitors.
We will take all reasonable measures to safely manage activities that could result in harm, whether that might be physical or emotional.
SATURDAYS
On Saturday matchdays well behaved dogs on leads and under strict supervision of the owners, are welcome into the clubhouse.
This reflects a lower level of risk posed to clubhouse users on Saturdays (or throughout the week).
The Scot Buchan Bar and John Broadway Lounge are our designated dog free zones.
SUNDAYS
On Sunday the levels of risk increase significantly as our clubhouse can become extremely busy due to junior and mini rugby.
Children may be anxious of unknown dogs and a higher number of dogs inside the clubhouse creates a greater risk, which generates a challenging situation for our staff to safely manage.
As a result dogs are not welcomed and prohibited in the Clubhouse on Sunday mornings until 1400.
This policy applies on other dates when age grade rugby and matches are taking place.
