All players under 23 on Sunday 1 September 2019 are eligible to play in the competition.
Friday 31 January - pool games week 1
Friday 7 February - pool games week 2
Friday 21 February – semi finals
Friday 6 March - Finals
Fixture dates will be selected to coincide with 6 Nations weekends and therefore not conflict with 1st XV fixtures.
Fixtures will be played in locations around the County with 2 x 60 minute games being played consecutively in each location during the pool stage.
Finals will include a Cup and plate competition:
